The most important stuff = check if the area is designated as SUBB or NON-SUBB.
If the area is SUBB, can give up on getting fiber.

NON-SUBB means 2 thing.

1. Fiber is incoming, so it is not VDSL compatible.
2. Fiber is not coming.

For 1., the area around MMU Melaka is all NON-SUBB, but all got FTTH since last year.
For 2., streamyx only for you.
SUBB means it is long length VDSL compatible, and you can apply to 10M UniFi Lite now.

VDSL means it is better quality of VDSL like apartment that has short range in between the exchange device and customer, and you can apply up to 30M.
But it still depend on the installer, they might try to fix the phone line for getting you up to 30M, money you know, 10M UniFi Lite is too cheap, 30M = more money to contractor .

TM installed Fiber Termination(or distribution idk) Box outside my house 2 weeks ago. I asked tm livechat when unifi is going to be available, the CS doesnt have any info also, only telling me only have streamyx coverage. I won't get my hopes too high, i think it will take them forever to start selling unifi service here. dam sad, so close yet so far

Clear yr browser cache. Now have dedicated search unifi only option, use that.
