Why does my bill still doesn’t zero rate the GST? Anybody have same problem like me?

I saw my bill, my package actually list 60gb cap for my 100Mbps Unifi.

I don’t think I reached 60gb, but anyone here ever ‘felt’ the cap?

My eyes may play a trick on me, cannot find it anymore. Not on my bills, but at the Unifi website portal. At the subscribed Internet package. I thought I saw it listed 60Gb cap, but when I look for it again it’s not there.

It took TM 3 month from the moment I accepted their offer to upgrade my subscription, to the time my service activated.

I accepted their Telesales offer in 22nd Feb, set appointment to install new BTU and router at 28th. The installer never show up. I called 100 to reschedule, 100 said Sales team will call me back.. never did. Actually I didn’t really bother to check until I helpchatted them around 1month later. Same reason given, Sales team will call back, which they did, but once again installer didn’t show up, never called. Pissed me off! Chatted them again, again said Sales team will set appointment.

I asked why not give me Sales team number straight, then help chat said Sales team don’t receive calls, only outbound calls. Decided to give really low rating to the Helpchat support, and posted the screenshot of chat to FB. With cusses in tow! 🤣

Only then the Sales team did call me, but appointment set around 10 days later (28th May). This time finally Sales team send me a SMS with installer number. Installer did contact me. But on the day itself, called me to postponed again 2 days later. Fxxk!

What pisses me more, I received the sms rating their service! What else, I gave a 0! No damn coordination!

2 days later he did show up, and finally got my 100Mbps. But when I got the Service review SMS, I still gave him a 0..

Then when I received my bill, prorated service started from 28th! Again WTF! I know it’s just two days, but I will not tolerate dishonesty, prorate should start from the day I actually got my service, not on order date!

I think if I didn’t post on FB, they wouldn’t have follow up on my case! 3 times no show, can you believe it? only the last one where I got the installer number and he did contact me.. don’t TM have enough installers?

Come on, I live in Cheras , it’s not as if it’s a new area or something..

Even TM Rewards cannot log in.
