About equal but C1200 has problems with stability. It keeps rebooting by itself but I’m sure that’ll be fixed in due time. DIR-850L is the more stable one for now. Wifi for both are quite weak (low TX power.)

then there is no way for you to reach 100mbps using wifi. complain tm and they will change another router for you. My gf house is using 50mbps and cant even reach that speed with a single band router. after complained they replaced the dir850 for her and it is foc. not sure about your case since her contract is refreshed for 2 years.

Just now TM contractor came and proceeded with my 50Mbps to 100Mbps upgrade. But how come they didn't change my router? I was told that I will get a router replacement by the Unifi staff when they called and offered me this RM20 upgrade package.

I am using the Dlink DIR-615 (the white color one), the technician just plugged in the LAN cable to test the speed, it was around 90Mbps download and 50Mbps upload speed. Is it normal 

Guys, I plan to complain to TM about the redundancy of UniFi TV.

In my UniFi Portal, it is still showing Jumbo and Ruby.

I'm chatting with CS on LiveChat and he said I'm still on Jumbo and Ruby and asked if I received SMS for upgrade to Ultimate and Ruby Plus.

Can someone please enlighten me if Jumbo is now renamed to Ultimate and Ruby to Ruby Plus?

Or I still need to wait for SMS to upgrade? I thought it is just a plan rename but looks like no? I'm confused.

after few complaints (and curses) to TM, today they changed my router from DIR850 (the black cylinder one) to C1200 (the one with 3 antennas). does the newly changed router has the new firmware, or do i have to upgrade it myself?

last time no issue encountered with the L7 router they installed for 30mbps then upgraded to 50mbps. 

anyone using jumbo lite previously, and now which package they migrate you to?

Received my new bill today, and contrary to what they told me that I would need to only top up RM20 from my current RM179 for 50Mbps (so new rate should be RM 199 for 100Mbps), the bill charged me RM214.99 instead,

If u read ur the service date for UniFi, it pro-rated ur 50Mbps for current month and full charge for 100Mbps from the date u got upgraded until next month.

i think it is like this... for 100mbps:

Raya promo 30mbps RM129 still exist?

Currently I am paying RM159 for 30mbps (no contract)

thinking to subsribe RM129 30mbps Raya promo (with contract, under different name of course)
and get turbo upgrade to 300mbps next year...

apply new 10Mbps package lor. later you will get 100Mbps upgrade
but you need to suffer for xx months with 10Mbps speed. 
if alone ok lor. but more then 3 people I'll die wei. 1 people stream netflix/download snail speed the rest 

btw is it possible to complain and get it at RM169 ? and I need evidence to show that some users are paying 169 for the same as mine in order to report to MCMC right ?
