If VOIP is working means that the fibre is ok. LAN1 off means no connection from the BTU to the DLink. Is the DLink powered? Check your power and cable from BTU to router.

I spose you already tried  turning everything off and on already. If still no LAN1 light then could be a problem with LAN1 port on the BTU or the WAN port on the DLink. Simple plug into other ports and see if any lights come up. It won't work but just to see the lights.

Sounds like it. If all the LAN lights don't come on, probably a damaged switch chip. Good news is that TM will replace the BTU at no cost. Bad news is have to wait for them to come.

One more thing you can try is a different power supply for the BTU. Just make sure it's 12V DC. And 1A or more. The last time my BTU stopped working, it was the PSU.

Already ask for tm,they just told me reset port and no more action...
They want to open a report,but i told them this issue only happend in night,if they assign technician team to my home check also no use,they come afternoon, speed is normal just happend in 9-12am only...

Strange.....   Login to my TM account this morning I can still see my Unifi package details, Login just now couldn't see any at all,  Just my fixed line details.

wow.... just login my unifi account after reading the post.  My account details now become "There is currently no plan in your account".    Sound like good news???    I just check this morning, still can see my Unifi Advance plan.

Yes, but you need to be on 5GHz AC.

Change to a better router that have higher 5GHz coverage. But, maybe that won't work too, as 5GHz doesn't really have a wide range.
