guys, start from last friday, my unifi will get disconnected when raining, the line come back after few hours the rain stop.

anyone encounter before? and possible solution?

i called tm and they said technician will follow up, not sure whether then can solve it or not

Cannot wait what TM got to offer in June. Either same price double the speed. Or same speed half price.

I would choose half price. Im happy enough with 50mbps.

TM can afford to bring down the tariffs (may be not 50%) in 2019, already proposed by Najib in Budget 2017 and to be reviewed by the new minister.
But TM need money for massive expansion in 2017-2018 due to HSBB2, SUBB and LTE (Unifi Mobile).
Once the infra works are ready, they will spend less on capital expenditure.

got a call from UniFi yesterday and promote me to upgrade my unifi 10 100mbps for RM199. currently i'm on 50mbps with RM179.

is it recommend to upgrade? i'm just normal user, just download / streaming movie and think 50mbps not give me any problem before. but thinking with additional RM20, i will get double speed (100mbps) is quite tempting.

anyone here got the same promotion? is unifi giving full channel for hypptv when we take this promotion?

guys, they mentioned that if your premise area only support for certain speed, you will only get that speed. So isn't it unfair ? Those users will need to get a price cut if the area is not supported.

after get the 800mbps will call and downgrade back to 500mpbs...boleh ka? i am out of the contract for a year already.
