I have unifi 100mbps at home. Would it be possible to have 2 hypocrisy boxes setup at home under 1 account. One downstairs in the hall and one upstairs?

Guys,
My uncle is currrently paying rm179 for 10mbps plan with Aneka pack with no free calls. Both my single and Aunty are elderly and they are not well versed with broadband current plans and pricing. Their current btu, router and dect phone is old and faulty as the phone line gets disconnected often while talking and internet buffers eventough Tm claim they have upgrade them to 30mbps as I believe their equipment is 5-6 years old and perhaps can’t support the bandwidth. Can anyone please advise what’s the current Best 30mbps package plan pricing they got as I plan to take them to Tm point to highlight this and in worst case terminate and reapply new account as they are contract free. |

I wonder those who are entitle for 800mbps speed upgrade. Will TM change their equipments (BTU, router) like what they did previously to those entitle for 100 mbps speed upgrade.

Currently, my
Current 100MBPS package + Ultimate + Varnam + STD20 = RM189. Manage to get a letter via MCMC from TM CMT that I’m exempted from contract and I’m allowed to do modifications to my account without any penalty charges. 20th July (Saturday) call TM unifi to remove varnam. Case was escalated to to provisioning dept and CMT and under investigation to see if it was possible. (25th July- today) received confirmation that varnam has been removed and I now have 100mbps + ultimate pack + STD20 still and my new billing will be rm30 lesser next month from the total of rm189 and I’m eligible for 800 mbps upgrade schedule to take place August to December 2018. I was bloody mad and furious as I made several calls to several dept inquiring about all this and none of them could assist me to solve my case and even Tm point said they can’t do anything. That’s where I got legal involved and mcmc and provided all this evidences... |

True and one more thing, whatever is promised doesn’t seems to be documented in their systems and that’s why the agents are struggling as your records are not kept up to date and when issues like this occur, all of them starting rolling the ball from one dept to another. Luckily I have all their names, dept name, time and date of call for my records as it’s really helpful... |

Some even worse, will not say anything about it to make it look like a good deal. Until you ask about it, then they tell you.
