I find some dealers can be very fast. I got mine via dealer and introduced to my friend, also equally fast. Installation within two days.

my case is a little bit different. tmpoint says my address not supported and leave me no choice so i find dealer and they told me i can apply and request unifi to support my condo unit. (FYI my neighbours unit all have unifi already) will tm entertain my request? will it takes longer to process?

In that case, I wonder what the agent can do. Just make sure you don't pay this agent any fees to do such thing.

what they told me is that i can proceed to register to show unifi that i'm really interested to apply then 80% will get unifi's approval.
wont pay them any fees because they get commission if i apply successfully

I'm on ruby pack and contacted unifi cs. they told me i will only be able to view premium channels for 1 month free, then after that only can view ruby channels and free channels
so according to the cs, under ruby pack there are premium channels, ruby channels and free channels?
i only see premium and free channels under ruby pack on unifi tv website.
or just another cs that provides wrong info?

new account?
ruby pack? not ruby plus?
am surprised i they still sell ruby and not ruby plus.

the plus has some of the premium channels.
now, u get all the premium but some will go away after 1 month free.
if u want it all, top up to get ultimate pack.

yes, new account and ruby plus actually. how do i know what premium channels will go away after 1 month free?
their website doesnt have the info and cs always provide wrong info
