My area finally got Unifi, currently on streamyx, planning to sign up for the Edu pack then wait for the speed upgrade.
Question, what is the time taken to switch from Streamyx to Unifi? How many hours of downtime? Do I need to take whole day annual leave? I know there are lots of variables here but my property is landed not high rise. |

I am on Streamyx I used the tool to check it says Non-SUBB, my neighbor 2 houses beside away on Unifi 30Mbps and he got the turbo email I don't. I checked at TM point my area got Unifi support so will I get the free upgrade? TM point say if eligible they will Email/Call/SMS and upgrade will start from 15 August in phases. They are unable to check for me on the spot. So I used your tool when I search for my address there came out 2 one for ICP the other NOVA.
