LOL, I long time already give up trying to understand how TM works. So I think confirm lah one dept is sending out the Turbo'ed emails, another is doing the (currently down) website, one more updating the Facebook, etc.... Meanwhile their technical team is probably as in the dark as us users.

The eligibility site is still down. I think it may not even be up again. It should not take so many days to get it running again. Maybe they switched to just sending email. Otherwise everyone who checks and is not eligible will be calling them to ask why not. With email they just say wait until 15 Aug to see if you get email.

I think over past couple of days, users have not reported getting emails here. But customer service will tell you to wait till 15 Aug and see.

Looks like still no luck in trying to remove Ruby Plus pack and only maintain Ultimate pack for my RYE 2017 plan. After 3 weeks of several reports, they concluded that they will not remove the Ruby Plus pack to maintain my monthly fee of RM189.

anyone getting Turbo-ed speeds already? Tested just now 100Mbps getting 135Mbps download and 65Mbps upload via direct Cat5e cable. Router AC-68U.

homeplug is not a option because have 4 computer connect to router so cannot use 4 homeplug.

normal router wifi is too weak, i have try DIR-850L at room cannot get stable speed, keep dc and the speed also not enough fast, if buy a good router will very expansive

so now only have few solution

1) buy a good router
2) replace the cable inside wall
3) just install new cable outside the wall
4) do nothing and paid for 800mbps price to enjoy 100mbps speed
