I am having issues with the Skyworth service center in Penang. My TV 58G2 was taken back to service center due to flickering screen one month ago. Their service very bad. No one call u after that. I have to called them and ask for the status. Until today, still not able to give me a status. They said will give me a replacement unit but I have been chasing for the replacement 1 month already and they said HQ no stock - keep waiting la. Walao~ Nia ma!
Before buying this brand the shop salesman got mentioned to me Skyworth quality got some issue as they use cheap components. Now Toshiba TV was acquired by them and you will see the same issues la. Really knncb one. One month already I have no TV to watch in my bedroom.
