shopee wallet is really dumb. if refund to shopee wallet, the money cannot use to buy stuff directly, only can cash out. dafuq.

Contacted LIVE Chat; given them the cash voucher code used, CS said need to revalidate and then only refund the diff via another voucher. Will revert in 24hrs..so lets wait n see
