Sad, looking at previous posts seems cant activate china wallet anymore? then i need to ask others to help me pay china wechat or alipay. or open an icbc acc.

Can I ask about alipay? A China seller wants to send me a hong bao, I dunt have a China wallet, am I able to receive it?
