i click "open" after i load to the page, after pressing it a pop up come out it stated the following:-

"jail broken and rooted mobile phone are not supported in accordance to Bank Negara Malaysia requirement"

i try to scan it , it keeps saying jaill break phone cannot be use accordance to Bank negara requirement. i dont think so an authorise seller will sell me jail break phone though.
