Most youtube reviewer's prediction on the matter is that when Nvidia starts to certify monitors a "Gsync Certified" or validated ones, it would for sure increase albeit not as pricey as with the Gsync chip but you know, everything that Nvidia touches turn to gold haha!

Most manufacturers would rename their Freesync compatible to Adaptive Sync cause they probably want to keep it open now that Nvidia has jumped in the open source game.

Nvidia really want to confuse ppl with this kind of naming.

its not because of AMD or anything they adopt freesync, they just wanna put a sticker on the freesync panel and make money out of the certification sticker no need to spend anything just enable freesync support over their products and earn from the monitor manufactures. very smart way to make money

Unless Navi has something better and cheaper in 75W, 1650 is going to outsell RX 570s and equivalents lol. Just like 1050 Ti did even though a 570 4GB is better in terms of price/performance.

Hopefully something good. Polaris is very old, Vega is meh..good but pricey. There's also the mining fiasco. AMD cards were pretty much relegated to mining only cards, thus the RX 570/580 prices were grossly inflated. So 1050 Ti sold like hotcakes despite RX 570 being the better card. That has changed now, and RX 570 is still better than the 1650. Maybe things will be different this time for AMD.

I've said it before...
I know it's all hype at the moment, but it's CDPR... This title is THE catalyst for me to pursue an RTX GPU by the release date. Who knows what other RTX GPU releases Nvidia could have had by then, refresh or maybe 7nm 🤔

Like I said, the 2080 Super will be expected to still be anywhere between 12-15% slower than the 2080Ti based on the spec sheet boost. The 2080 Super in comparison to the 2060S and 2070S gets the least amount of boost in relevance to their predecessors. Typically, you'll get around 7-10% in perf boost by OCing assuming you win a half decent silicon lottery.

Doubt Nvidia will do anything about the 2080Ti's price tag, even at its ludicrous price tag - it's still selling fairly well (not as well as the 1080Ti but still well, again considering the price tag). AMD doesn't have a card that can fight the Ti anyways, nor even anywhere near to smell it.

y... is there A TON of gsync monitors owners with AMD cards...
those gsync monitors cost more than those amd cards...
