QUOTE(Skylinestar @ Jun 12 2021, 07:26 PM) doubt so Wait until 2023? Alot gamer couldnt wait that long. Hopefully within next 1-3 month, there is msi/asus/evga rtx3080 at rm5k+, then can bundle new pc.Graphics cards could become even more expensive following GDDR6 price rise https://www.techspot.com/news/90007-graphic...-following.html |

QUOTE(yaphong @ Jun 12 2021, 09:09 PM) I think the increase from GDDR6 is minimal compared to the demand surge due to scalping and mining. If you bundle pc, it is possible to get rm5k+ for basic model like asus tuf 3080. If single card different story. What about EIP 1559? Even now mining profits have dropped significantly. It doesn't need to have crypto crash, right now not many people willing to pay RM6k to get a 3070 just to mine. I think 3080 Ti at 7k is a good value, at least for now. RM5k for ASUS 3080 is unrealistic. That's like 50% reduction. |

Edited : God candle on crypto. I guess this is considered good buy for now. This post has been edited by mois: Jul 26 2021, 10:12 AM |

QUOTE(snowfire64 @ Aug 7 2021, 07:40 PM) Hey guys, GPU price is double and even official zotac distributor is selling its cards i.e. 3080 for rm5k++, that’s 1k usd (500-600 usd above msrp). Current pricing should be the norm. It wont fall back to original price for now. Zotac RTX3080 I saw RM4999 cheapest. Then Galax 3070ti about Rm3699Could this be a norm onwards since we are only open to Non reference version. Contemplating if i should just purchase any cards at the current pricing, at the same time I don’t want to support scalpers price. |

QUOTE(sleepwalker @ Aug 9 2021, 11:48 PM) If you are looking for OLED for HDR gaming and content, OLED is actually cheaper now with the LG C1 48. Only problem is that it is too big to use as daily monitor. I say cheaper coz the other 2 real HDR monitors are the Asus and Samsung's new Neo G9 but they are going for RM12k and RM10k respectively while the LG C1 48 can be purchased under RM6K. I saw senq got promotion Rm4888 for LG C1 48". No brainer for those looking to upgrade to OLED. However, keep in mind do some research on long term oversize screen. I have both C9/CX 65" and LG27gl850. I normally play AAA titles on oled tv. For work and shooter game like apex legend, im using the monitor.
