from my reading, need to update card bios? how? or only certain old card to update card bios?

my mobo z590 .. or just enable on mobo bios done. boot ok?

gossh... i update my Zotac Trinity OC with latest bios to enable resizable BAR

now COD BO:CW performance drop...

previously ard 100-120 fps (old bios)
now 80-110 fps

disabled in BIOS still same issue

Got myself a Palit RTX 3060ti at a very very good price. I waited very long to get a chance to buy a GPU close to MSRP.
Never wanted to pay those scalper price.

- The fans in this card is bloody noisy if go above 65 -70%. Some whinning wind sound.

- The default RGB led lighting on this GPU is super mega bright. No way to disable it with any other programs unless using Palit own Thunder Master
which in turn conflicting with my Afterburner settings.

RM3499 for the colorful 3070Ti, i guess that's pretty close to MSRP already, cheapest 3070Ti i can find so far
but pulled handbrake at the shop and didn't buy, just realized I'll need a new & more powerful 750w PSU also, and that burst my budget
my current one is just a puny 550w

4790k pairs well with 1070. If want faster GPU, better change to new CPU platform as well, CPU bottleneck is sadding, microstutters everywhere

Huh? I had the i5 10400F with 3080 and it's much much faster than my 3600,3700x and matching 5600x in gaming fps. You need to do some memory tuning i guess to increase the bandwidth and reduce latency.
