3070 Ti is a irrelevant card. anytime i will pick the regular 3070.

3070 non-LHR is more expensive than 3070 Ti in terms of street price due to retailers et al scalping to miners.

Although now that LHR already can be unlocked to 78%, it's possible that a 3070Ti's increased memory bandwidth over a 3070 should allow it to reach the same performance, albeit with worse thermals and power draw.

Zotac used to have great deals before the great GPU shortage of 2021. They were doing GTX 1070 clearance sales for RM800 or 900 back in mid-2018, and <RM2000 for RTX 2070 Super right before RTX 3080 launch.
Miners value price vs hashrate efficiency of cards, and hashrate for the most profitable coins to mine on GPUs is tied to memory bandwidth that has a ~4.5GB addressable space.

The best Radeons for mining now are all discontinued (Radeon VII or 5700 series). RDNA2 cuts on memory bandwidth via usage of Infinity Cache compared to RDNA1, making it worse than RDNA1.

6800 series and 6900XT mining performance is only on par with the 3060Ti non-LHR model, yet they all cost more because of better gaming performance. Same goes with 6700XT - RTX 3060 v1 has similar mining performance too.

Was this taken from that so-called "comparison video" on Youtube? That video is mostly opinionated from someone who just browsed a few reviews and makes assumptions about all the cards based on them, with no discernible reason behind the grading choices other than made up BS.

E.g. EVGA's cards are highly overrated in this list - XC3 has the most anemic heatsink of all the cards I'm aware of (how else did they get it to be slimmer than the other brands in spite of being a cut down model?), FTW3 like the Gaming Trio has come cut corners on power intake and the cooling performance is measured to be inferior to the TUF at identical power draw and fan noise, and yet is ranked as SS. PNY's Uprising to my knowledge is also almost exactly identical to the Palit/Gainward models with just a slightly different shroud aesthetic - yet it's ranked a grade lower.

The Trinity 3080 AFAIK is a solid entry level card on its own right. Slightly better caps compared to the Palit design, average cooling performance, just not capable of pushing 375W out of the box if you're overclocking - but with Ampere's massive heat draw I doubt a lot of people are going to increase power draw.
1660 series is the miner's choice from older cards. 2080 Ti is too expensive, whereas TU104 based cards are pointless when 2060 Super is cheaper and has similar mining performance.

Techpowerup has a review of the Palit Gaming Pro which is identical to the Gainward Phoenix apart for the different shroud aesthetics, and the Zotac Trinity.

The Zotac appears to be 1C hotter but 4dB lower in terms of noise, so it's quite possible that the Zotac card has better cooling when noise normalized.

More like, expect prices to shoot up again in the next few weeks (already happening in the US). Current Ampere cars going to be phased out for the SUPER refresh next year.

And no, don't expect the SUPER variants to be any cheaper than the current cards.
