I recently bought the RTX 4070 SUPER new for RM2.9K (OG MSRP was 3.4K, but they had a RM90 for 900 discount going on then) during the 2.2 Sales on Lazada.
It's the Gigabyte Eagle OC ICE Edition since it was one of the few models that i could trust to fit my case, and also decent enough in build quality. I intentionally avoided shorter cards like the MSI Ventus 2X since they are notoriously poor in component and build quality.
The card itself took 3 long weeks to arrive due to stock and availability issues. Apparently 4070 SUPERs are selling like hot cakes according to the vendor i was in touch with after they announced the shipping delay to me. For that price though, i was willing to wait.
I avoided the Ventus 2x even though it's much shorter since i read that MSI really cheaped out on components and the build quality is awful for the Ventus 2x line up for Ada in general.
Moving up from Turing, Ada is quite mind blowing to me in terms of how power efficient it is.
After using MSI Afterburner to undervolt and oc the VRAM, i can get faster than stock performance for less than 50% the stock TDP.
220W is baseline, after the tweaks it only consumes 140-150W at full load or so, but in actual gaming at 1440p60 locked it barely touches 70-100W most of the time.
At the 220W baseline TDP with 1.1V, the card can be pushed to beyond 4070TI stock performance with a simple 150 core clock OC and a +2000MHz MEM OC. The GDDR6X VRAM surprised me at how it was able to be pushed (almost 20% higher than stock).
Overall I am quite satisfied with the performance of this card in general at the target resolution i'm using which is 1440p.

Dun listen to some craps ppl commented. Dun even think they hav been using or owed 4070s IRL to do comparison. It is a good buy and handsome white card. Giga did quite a good job even for their MSRP model.
