so within this price.. what are the options we have now? 

I got some questions to ask Sifus:

1) I upgraded to rtx 3080 12gb from rtx 2060 for 1 week and so far enjoying. But now every time i turn on computer. It goes black screen > screen says geforce rtx 3080 pcie 4 > black screen > then bios boot into windows.

Is this normal? should i adjust any bios settings? it adds like 10-15 seconds to boot time from previous but still okay lah for me.

2) what else can I do to maximize performance without manually adjusting clocks / timing / voltages etc on my hardware. so far this is what i have done.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 (downloaded ryzen master and turn on PBO OC and leave it)
Mobo: MSI B450m mortar (downloaded latest bios and turn on rebar)
Ram: turn on xmp so that my ram run at its rated 3200Mhz
GPU: click MSI afterburner Auto OC scan and leave it
Nvidia control panel: Tick "let 3D application decide"
