Probably is the psu tho, the gpu doesn't look as beat up as psu. The guy says he went and ask around pc shops, most sellers suspect psu is the culprit

Can anyone share their rtx 3080 undervolting result? See quite wide voltage variation between people to hit 1900mhz, some need 0.9v some need 0.8v.
