That's the dilemma innit. 250 RM more and I get the 1660Ti. Wait, another 300 more and I get the RTX 2060. Now It's 550 more from where I started. Yikes. *hangs self*

In all seriousness, the 1650 or the 1650 Ti would be the much cheaper option.

plan to run 4xAA @ 1080p anyway so that extra bandwidth will help it

RTX is only considered to be mature when a xx80Ti can do RTX at 4k/60.
For now since I do not play those RTX titles, I don't think the cards are worth it.

can back when 20 series is 2 generations old.

that only applies to those who would take risks on getting used GPUs, in exchange for a cheaper price. I believe most will try and opt for a brand new GPU instead of a used one, like in my case, I couldn't find 1080 ti anymore, got a 2080 instead last week which serves me well.

Not worth buying used most of the time

the owners usually do not understand the market. Used 1070 for 1K? who the hell would buy that? 1660Ti if you slap a few discount/rebate from lazada can easily go below 1.2K

I personally think used card a generation old should sell 1 tier lower than new card. Which is usually 30-40% cheaper

if price/performance is a concern

just buy any $150-$300 card. Those are generally sweet spot.

I just bought a Zotac 1660 Ti AMP @ RM1.1K using a few combination of voucher and free cash back money.
