I have a friend who is willing to build a RM20k rig, but wants 2 pieces of 3080 Strix (he wants the extra one for his wife) but the store, which is Viewnet - I'm not going to hide it, says cannot. 1 GPU = 1 PC.

8 + 3 is 12
1 + 2 = 3
3 x 2 (due to there being 2 variants of 3080 tuf, OC and non OC) = 6

Lets consider the price.

If we split it down the middle we get 3 + 3 and  6 + 0 which is 6 and 6.

When you concatenate all 3 values you end up with 666 which is the devil's number.

It’s because these people are swayed by reviewers and they think that it’s not “good enough”. This is how silly our pc building community is... especially how they can continue to bow to a brand even if they get fcked.

I can easily change this zotac too if i need because remember? I was already offering 4.5k here in this thread for any one willing to let go their 3080 before buying this zotac thanks to an epic forumer who didnt scalp (so I gave it a chance as my original aim was the palit, igame and tuf). However able to hit 2100mhz .. and staying 2040 ~ 2070mhz on heaven benchmark made me decided to keep this card. (posted screen shots here before).

After seeing a few other user here who could manage to keep their zotacs steady on 1980mhz even when undervolted also solidify my opinion on this card... and nvidia’s power limit issues renders many things useless.... Unless you invest on cards with 3x8 pin.

So as 2x8pin stands.. this zotac is a fine ass card. And tuf? just a hype created by youtube reviewers. It’s like adidas yeezys.. people queuing to buy but it’s still just a shoe.

I notice this thread became bashing Zotac thread where one protector keep defence Zotac.

Gentle Reminder: If you plan on buying TorchLight III. Better don't, I am requesting refund from Steam now.

The games crash every few minutes and every crash it restart my PC.
After crash the save games will be deleted by the games as the games said the save is crash and need to delete.

How to play? Extremely not stable, not sure what they do, TorchLight I and II is extremely stable and no such issue.

The Torchlight III must have some DRM? that make the games unstable and crash.

I go search for illegal copy and you know what? The illegal copy won't crash at all! Faint... ...

1st time I face Genuine copy cannot play but pirated one is playable freaking smooth and no any single crash or PC restart issue... ....

I think of doing this because I face another games had similar issue which crash and game hang - Path of Exile.

Path of Exile when enter some menu will freaking flashing and then hang, PC not restart but game hang and later kick out to Windows.
Then I turn on V-sync, everything run perfectly no issue. Don't ask me why turn on V-sync solved the crash and freaking flashing issue.

So I though want to try turn on V-sync for Torchlight III see solved the issue or not but I don't want to buy back as I just get refund. If bought back and face same issue later possible I cannot request refund for same title again.
But this pirated copy of Torchlight III V-Sync still off and no issue. No single slow down or crash.

Me also but I do know DRM causing issue for some games before, since pirated one no issue, I can only suspect original one have issue is due to DRM.
Ya, really no point, if this is truth then I can only said Crytek is stupid! The games Crysis Remastered already get cracked, this means if the paid was truth, Crytek paid for fun.

By the way, the Crysis Remastered I found it so so only, it is better than before but won't give you wow effect. I already put at the maximum setting, but it do run far smoother than original one.

decided to analyze and study the trinity shroud for my mod... and found the source of the turbulence “wooshing noises”. It was coming from the side open shrouds where the fan blades are fully exposed.. This is really sacrificing performance for looks... Seems like it may cause a huge static pressure loss too.

Now I am pretty sure there will be a huge performance gain with a deshroud mod. One guy on reddit did it and it went down by a whopping 10C. I shall validate his claims as soon as my fan arrives.

People can watch 100 GN or hardware unboxed video about noise normalised performance or what not but if they don't experience a quiet setup, they won't know hahahahaha

It's just before the 3080 settling in my case I had the 1070 and 1660 and both of them are literally not releasing heat compared to the 3080

Well all in all I'm definitely willing to pay for better fans instead of a few mhz increase in GPU speed but literally same fps in games
