Does anyone know what the **tuut** is going on?

The ookla speedtest on my iPhone produces above average download speed result but when conducted on my PC, it dips all the way to 2Mbps. I'm using TIME.

Is there a setting in Windows that I need to tweak?

=(

both connected to 2.4GHz and the speed test is connected at the same distance (ie. phone is placed next to the CPU when the the test was conducted)

connecting to 5GHz yields the same outcome.

although the speed generated is much higher compared to that when connected to 2.4GHz, the speed on both devices are still relatively different. The one on the desktop is still inferior to the one on my mobile device :swt

Maybe there some software that run in the background consuming the internet, you can try to BOOT into Safe Mode and run a speed test again.
