Hi, I want to buy a few genuine Microsoft Office 2016 for business use. I checked in Shopee, official shops like Thunder Match etc are selling at 700+ but a few of shops are selling at only RM400. likewise 11street.

Do you know it's legit or not? If it's not legit then I'll buy official ones as I don't want any trouble in case of software audit.

Normally those license is OEM. When Microsoft accepted the license activation means it is genuine

No way you can crack Microsoft without using virus related software

not really legit if it's OEM. if you only care about not being caught using pirated software, it's prefect for you. but if you are a law abiding citizen, stay away from it.

if you wanna to get genuine Office for business use, you better liaise with Microsoft Authorized re seller in Malaysia. When there is BSA audit, internal audit or external audit, they still checking on your documentations whether all are in place.
If you have any issue during audit, you still can refer to your authorized reseller for assistance.
pls dun get for online purchase for company use (more for individual use), any issue hiccup, they cannot help you.

I think they use some used key(reactivate) or company(multi-users) key, an original office should not be so cheap. Probably they are not genuine.

you can press windows button and tpye windows activation and see if your Windows 10 is legit or not..

With MAK key if you use the same key to reactivate the count will go down even if its activating the same machine again. KMS is the one that have no limit but KMS keys are expensive as hell and usually tied to a KMS server that you can only access via internal company network.

Rule of thumb, if the key can activate you're good but do note some company if they realized that their MAK key is compromised they will contact MS to get a new key and everything activated with the old key will be deactivated

It's difficult to know for sure unless you contact Microsoft directly and ask them if the key is a normal single-user key or a Volume License Key (VLK)

Usually dodgy sellers resell VLK keys a very low price. VLK keys might be legitimate but they get banned anyway as reselling violates Microsoft's Term Of Use (TOS)
