tvbox can watch prawn or not?

I been using mine for almost a year already. Not sure what you mean by service interrupted, if you mean sometimes can’t get some channels then yes it happens and sometimes some channels get replaced but with so many channels, I just switch to a different channel if one or some of them cannot connect at that time.

The one I bought got prawn channels and also a plethora of porn vids on the video on demand.

As lotsa nubies expect ASTRO like quality with just 1 payment... lots of them doesn't understand that this is illegal and risk is on the client...

With good internet connection you can get hd channels and like I said some channels only got interruptions most channels works fine all the time.

In terms of channels being discontinued and replaced, it happens for astro too.

The only main differences are:

1. Cannot change language and subtitles
2. No program list and info/summary(can’t view what’s the shows that showing next or summary of the show)
3. Entirely dependent on your internet speed, if you use unifi 10mb then be prepared at night when line slow can’t connect.
4. For video on demand, all the movie title is listed in Chinese, although you can see the original English title from the movie poster, unless you remember the translation of the movie name in Chinese, you won’t be able to search for it and have to keep scrolling and looking for the movie you want based on the poster.

So yeah in terms of convenience, definitely not as convenient as astro but functionality wise it works just fine.

Yeah I guess, not too sure about it coz I bought box that already preset everything and can plug and play. Too lazy to buy empty box and configure sendiri

I recently bought ubox4 from asashi at wangsa walk. rm499. Ubox has it's own ub apps that can watch live tv channels local, astro and international. Too many to list them down actually. Also have english movies, dramas and etc. Now my mom complaining too many things to watch and cant focus one single channel to watch. LeL~

UBVOD is an app that is developed by ubox manufacturer. just select the app and it will self install. then launch the app and enjoy the stuffs inside.

It has playstore to download other apps and no you cant download ubvod app from playstore if that's what you're asking.

Once you on the ubox, you can go into it's own " App Market " to download tv channel app, ubvod app and other apps which isnt available in playstore.

Yup this is why I bought Ubox 4, their own app is good can direct plug and play and they already listed most of the other good apps on their popular apps list. Really convenient.

I used Ubox for over two years. The UBox provider will update the software from time to time so user must update their box timely. They have an app called UBTV to watch live tv from few countries - Japan, Korea, Saudi, Hong Kong, China, Vietnam, Malaysia, Movies channel from US, UK, China, Documentary Channel, Kids Channel, and finally prawn channel with a password protect.
All you need is internet access the faster speed the better. Kodi is a software that you can install into UBox and then enable all the apps within Kodi for your Asian (Chinese/Taiwan/Korea) drama , Western Drama/Movies, prawn, everything in the world basically.

Openbox/ Skybox is long time obsolete already

now is nepture rising, genesis reborn, covenant, or placenta
you have to add those addon into kodi yourself

Kodi is an app that you can install into many platform. Just go to kodi.tv and options for you to download kodi under what kind of platform - Windows, Android, Linux, etc.

I suggest you to install kodi in your laptop first to get yourself familiar with that.

From kodi you can watch drama, movie and etc. You just need to add reliable source to get all of these.

Then if you would like to watch in your TV just connect using your HDMI cable.

Movies, Series, Documentaries, Oldies, Prawn, anything under the sky you can find. All of them free because they are supported by many volunteers who enjoy movies/ series.

Some good links provide good live TV shows too.

Yes free things need to put some effort to get them, hahaha, anyway if you are slightly tech savvy, it is quite fun to do.

Basically, just learn how to add source, then install from zip and finally install from repository.

Again, internet is the resource to that show you screen by screen how to get started.
