Pre-workout supplements! Feel free to waste your money if you have cash burning a hole in your pocket. There is an old saying, Bodies are made in kitchen or You are what you eat. Instead of looking for such shortcuts work on a proper balanced diet coupled with ample rest. Supplements arent exactly magic pills.

Problem is I usually don't have the time in the office to prep/take a meal before my workout hence I am exploring shake/supplement... sorry, still at the beginning stage and will read and understand more. As I do a lot of intense workout, often I find that I do not have the stamina especially on the weekday nights. Saturday session is a lot better as I had the time to arrange my meals before and after the workout.

I train during lunch hour. I have minimum time to train, minimum time to eat. You have a choice. Either you eat or you do not eat. If you choose to eat, prioritise. If you choose not to eat, make your body get used to training with no food. Your body will get used to whatever changes you make it go through in that 1 hour in gym, but make sure you reward it adequately afterwards.
