Pre-workout supplements! Feel free to waste your money if you have cash burning a hole in your pocket. There is an old saying, Bodies are made in kitchen or You are what you eat. Instead of looking for such shortcuts work on a proper balanced diet coupled with ample rest. Supplements arent exactly magic pills.

Yes, recommending a bronchodilator, which some body builders used for muscle definition to a guy who is already low on energy. Great idea genius.
