It cannot be that difficult. You can just download the instruction manual from your link

Apparently it clashed with the existing piping that I have and in order to install, plumber said need to relocate piping.. Got such thing?

Are you using the heater? Did u encounter this issue?

I did my own installation for all my heater units. I just use flexible hose for inlet.

How's yours clashed? Are you planning to dismantle the existing overhead shower and replace by this unit? If you put next to exiting water outlet, your heater would be off center?

The pipe can be relocate. If it is behind tiled wall, then need need to re-tile also instead of just wall hacking. I have no idea how your existing piping's like to suggest anything wink.gif

Take a picture of your current shower area where it will be installed. Annotate the picture showing where the piping is and where it'll be installed. Then others can comment when they can assess what your plumber mean by clashing.

Not just your piping, you need to direct wiring into it.

And not sure the wiring can handle it.

This heater max running at 5kw !

I wonder why u need to relocate ur piping.

From the manual the water heater have 2 inlet. One from below. One from top. Just remove the head shower and use flexi hose and connect it with top inlet?

Since the water heater is wide u can place it center to ur shower then just screw it? Bcos i think it wont hit ur existing plumbing since the screw is side by side. Not in the centre.

The question is what is the height from ur existing shower pipe. If short than u might need to relocate ur shower. sweat.gif

I bought one unit as well... Regretted it after installation came..

1. The unit needs to be higher than the pipe
2. It can't be directly on top of the whole center unit.
3. The rain shower can't be angled.

This caused my unit to be placed slightly to the side instead of the center and is placed really high up because it needs to be above the pipe. Worst part about having it placed slightly by the side is that the head is not tiltable... so I'll have to stand close to the wall every time I shower in that bath.

Thank you for your feedback.
Hope you can explain more about the unit need to be higher than the pipe?

If possible can you share the photo of your unit in the washroom?
Appreciate it.

Thank you nod.gif

it is obviously nothing to do with the unit but a lazy plumber.
The plumber dont want to do anything . the maker clearly states the unit position must be in the center and the height is fixed by the user height.
Somehow the outlet of the supply water is in the way of the unit and the plumber is daft. He want to place it so it is easy to connect the pipe to the water supply. He might as well locate the unit on the floor and just let the water pipe flow in. Idiots like the plumber make me mad. but owner who listen to them without thinking also deserved the mess. And still so blur to blame the unit.

I was about to say the same, if it's me, I will regret hiring that plumber/contractor actually.
