Freehold does have bumi quota.. if bumi buyer exceed bumi quota, title is Freehold non bumi..

I'm a non bumi and I got a unit even though I applied quite late. I guess non bumis are not really interested in RUMAWIP because some still comparing with PPR and some don't even know the existence of RUMAWIP but still dreaming about buying first property in KL. This is my own opinion la based on my survey...

u should see the launch of enesta kepong. ppl line up from 5am in order to grab the early balloting. this surie pantei one is choose unit,

enesta kepong balloting but ppl crazy over it.

Well, if a RUMAWIP project is situated near PPR doesn’t mean ‘many PPR mentality’ and RUMAWIP which is far from PPR doesn’t mean that the particular project is free from ‘PPR mentality’ End of the day it’s the individual mentality. Luxury condo also got PPR mentality type of people, some la.., some..

I went to the ICE gallery last month just to checkout on their development. They said it was fully booked by 300++ waiting list buyer.

At that point of time only few house left.
