Training is the key to get fitness and stamina, 1x is the best solution for today mtb xc trend. Mine custom setup is the best that I can get the bike below 8.5kg, I pick specialized chisel, Sram GX eagle groupset 10-50T, race next sl crank arm with 36T chainring, ztr crest 29", front tyre use race tt tubeless (downhill handling), rear tyre use maxlite, manitou m30 fork and carbon handle bar. Usually on road easily maintain 40-45km/h, if santai race with friends, can push up to 60 km/h for a short 5 min sprint.I dun have the right answer for you but I can suggest you download this app called Gear Calculator.
