QUOTE(thesnake @ Jun 28 2022, 11:42 AM) can i check why after placed this booking, the SA suddently told me booking for HRV need min 1000. This is to them is 'fair' for those who already paid rm1000. If this is the case, why the pre booking says rm 99? this must be clarified in the website. yes, im looking at you, Honda in Miri. so far, my SA didnt tell me to drop booking fees but asked me to confirm the model and color that i want. Once confirmed for the model and color then cannot change again later.

QUOTE(19 Degree South @ Jun 29 2022, 11:12 PM) Pearl white! Although I prefer the red! good color but queue long lol. Prefer darker color tho. i think 1.5t on HR-V really can make the car drive quite fun. RS not sure but the RS on hr-v is abit more powerful than city RS la according to UK spec there.

Lol. probably should go test drive first before u guys decide on V or RS. so far i see RS i think suit me here driving la cos is small city and very very less highway. 1.5T should be quite powerful cos same as civic engine, but losing out those RS bodykit, tailgate etc, really turn off man..

it seems like the SST doesnāt really add alot if u see city RS, only 1%+ increment, probably due to hybrid ckd is tax exemption. Then maybe honda hrv rs really is around 140k with tax, then maybe without is only 138k, looks abit overpriced B seg crossover lol.

My understanding is full EV is exempted! Agreed! If RS cum with turbo then rm138k is acceptable .

They wan ppl feel city RS price actually no much increase after SST, so we will expect that hrv RS later ur tax exemption also 1-2k nia 𤣠In thailand they only get i-mmd also.

I kecian Taiwan makert also! They are getting the NA version only. My market donāt really give any shit to hybrid powertrain . The immd engine doesnāt give any spectacular advantage in power increment nor fuel saving. Looking at the figures of two engines combined and range .

Actually can save based on those ppl driving rs city feedback. City drive 1tank can 800+km la bro. and thailand combine output is 215PS based on their website. Dunno where u come out with such statement. If see paper is like that, maybe u shud go test drive first. U from other camp ka bro? Toyota salesman? š

But itās just meā¦I have no liking in any hybrid drivetrain of any models. Even merc now has mild battery to power the car but itās not a hybrid! Lol. So do you mean Thai ās spec sheet written combined can get 215 ps for the first 9 seconds ? I am not convinced lol! But letās leave this till we test driven the car later. Cheers.

New EV mx-30 motor is also around 145ps 273Nm, HR-V around 132ps 253Nm.
And EV car is damn heavy mx-30 around 1.65ton, i think the RS is a good setup la. Saw 1 review done by german, looks ok can go 120-140 no problem. Hybrid car is always about fuel efficiency than spirited driving. Good malaysia here let u choose V or RS.
Another thing need worry is the resale value

Hybrid car main intention memang is wan save fuel one. āThe e-motor produces 131 PS and 253 Nm of torque from 0 to 3,500 rpm. Honda Thailand quotes a total system output of 215 PS and claimed fuel consumption of 25.6 km/l.ā The century sprint one no say la. Ya just wait test drive lo.

Because of the implementation of sales tax then people just booked the new HRV before knowing its actual spec and proce.....it is very strange and risky. HM will be the one laughing all the way at the end of the day. The actual car could be trimmed spec with even higher price.
