if you like designing but bad at drawing....maybe you can look up about engineering as well
im currently doing mechanical engineering in masters now with major in product development... you can also search about industrial designing... we do design as well but not exactly by hand but by CAD software... you can watch many videos about CAD software like CATIA, CREO, Unigraphics... its all also designing but technical designing...you dont need art for that =)

about psychology i not sure about how much it cost to study it but i definitely think this is also a good option. Why?
1. The increasing number of mental health problems as technology develope and it will be a continuos trend... in some western countries it was reported that 1 in 6 student have mental health problem
2. Psychologist doesnt only work in hospital... you can also work for big companies and even for uni as councellor .... the job opportunity is quite wide actually...just gotta think of out the box

i've considered to study psychology before since im interested in what and how human thinks and stuff like that but my passion for designing is bigger than that therefore i go for engineering

and A level is not a bad option actually... it's internationally recognised and you can just pick the subjects who are interested to take..,..

if you are not sure maybe you can take 4 subjects but if you have decided your path..then just take 3 is sufficient..for example:
engineering (but you are not sure which) : math, chem, physic
or a general like: math,chem,phy,bio
ect... you can make diff combi based on what you want to do while still keeping the options a bit more open compared to foundation
