if all you care about is weight loss, then go ahead eat all that fast food but go into calorie deficit. it'll be hard though since fast food is quite high in calories for something not so filling.
if you want to start looking at your macros and micros, then have to eat clean food. Eating clean food with calorie surplus will still make you gain weight.
