Many sources say eBE e-filing deadline is 15/5 but official LHDN website did not mention it. Can someone share the official source from LHDN?

Sorry what i mean is if i take out this year but i didnt deposit any within this year (of course cant claim tax for 2022) but instead i deposit in year 2023.. can i just deposit 8k in 2023 to entitle tax relief for 2023??
*
Yes. Very straight forward. Tax relief for NET DEPOSIT = Your balance on 31/21 minus your balance on 1/1. As simple as that.

Is the above still true? Amendment for over-claimed tax relief can only be done manually? Can still make amendment say after five years?

Hi guys. My medical insurance i pay annually. Since there was an increase of premium last year, do I put the whole sum I paid last year or or only put according to month?
Eg for easy calculation.
Usual payment = rm100/m (paid in july 2020 annual sum of rm1200)
Renewal with increase premium in July 2021 = rm200/m ( paid annual rm2400)

Do I put in rm2400(rm200x12) or rm1800(rm100x6 + rm200x6)?
*
It doesn't work that way. You have to refer the breakdown of amount claimable in the insurance statement, because the premium paid consist of life, medical, critical illness and investment.

Thanks for your reply.
The breakdown is one thing, but I want to know if I paid a lump sum in 2021 but the coverage covers until Jun 2022, can I claim the whole sum or just the portion until Dec2021?
Thanks

Whatever you paid and billed in 2021, coverage doesn't matter.

Got buat PCB but always tak cukup. I got ask HR but they say "system auto generate the PCB amount one oh" sweat.gif

So I sudah biasa manually save a portion of the salary to pay tax next year.

Wtf. I just got into an argument with my wife. Because she couldn't find her gym receipts of 98 myr x 12 so I didn't claim under her relief. She is losing it and super pissed.

I computed the calculation. With and without gym relief it's just 98 myr.

I help her do her taxes and she's pissed at me over 98 myr

[3/2, 12:03 PM] RM96 is alot of money to some ppl ok?
[3/2, 12:03 PM may not be a lot to u
[3/2, 12:03 PM] cos ure rich
[3/2, 12:07 PM] and u din even wait for me
[3/2, 12:07 PM] omg
[3/2, 12:07 PM] i cant believe u
[3/2, 12:07 PM] all u had to do was just ask
[3/2, 12:07 PM] just tell me before u decide

Or stick to 2K. Makes a lot of difference.

I think form 6 still 2k.
