One whole year of unifi payment easily reach the amount, and if u paid online, all bill + payment record already in soft copy. Meaning no need to protect hard copy receipt already....

Paying CP500, not PCB here.
From previous experience,
1) When need to top up, email will come within 2 weeks.
2) If refund small amount (RM1 k or something), should receive within 1 month.
3) When refund is RM10k +, my YA 2013 refund just received email recently saying that refund will be credited within 30 days bla bla bla...
