Nah. When you owe them money (by some means or another), they chase you like along. But when come to refund money, they do their own sweet time "investigating" and ask you for this document, that document.... then after years of "investigation", somehow send letter say "we don't owe you any money".

Let's just say the sum "to be refunded" is enough to pay a trip to UK.
