Anyway, price in setia alam quite stagnant already. Seems like not so suitable for investors now. Buy for own stay! ✌🏻️

Yeah, all investors ran away from SA already. Township already consider mature, so not much appreciation that they can see anymore compared to the past few years. Even during the last Fusca launching, i see all families only.

Can't move in now, so don't wanna let the house to be empty for another 3 years. And since for own stay, i like the feeling of waiting for the house completion, stage by stage. Every week go observe the progress. 😁😁

Agree lower entry. Even if start installments now will be quite burden, so i have another 2 or 3 years to save more money. And yes, expecting renovation to cost at least 100k, thats a bomb.

Today signing S&P date for Fusca and Montana. Good developer then can sign without so much worryness. ☺️
By the way was informed by the lawyer that the new rule in the agreement stated that transfer of title will be during vacant possession time, is this common?

Yeah montana design does looks awesome, the type F layout is nice. Freehold and in mature township plus good developer should be good to go. Anyway, there is some rumors that setia city mall with be merged with a massive mall, but not sure when. Property price there gonna boost till then. 😁

Only serrata there is fenced up, the caffra remains unchanged.
