This is the last "medium cost". Low cost going to be next to it. Therefore some reluctant as it may get messy there.

i totally agree to you on the last part...the medium cost should leave to the new and young home buyers.. those flippers should go for those high end or 500k houses...
please la, give the youngsters and young couples to own their houses...

Balloting start 10am .on 1/10/13. After 2pm, if you still dun rec any SMS from them. Then can start to collect back.
