mayb a better benchmark would be Vue residence which is less than 1km away... Vue Res also mainly consists of small studio units if I am not wrong...

There will be a drive thru drop-off area at the lobby area.
From the plan I see, they have a quite a sizeable lounge area + security reception at the ground floor

But puteri and putera don't know have studio units like Regalia and Vue , right? If so, then it is hard to benchmark Chambers with Putera/Puteri as well...

Judging from the rental from Regalia n Vue today with similar type and built up (1.8k to 2.3k per month), Chambers studio should do well from rental play point of view 4 yrs down the road, with arguably better location and newer.

went to sunway putra mall last weekend. There was no event nor working crowd, but i can see the carpark is full at B1 level by noon time. And by noon, crowd (local families and tourists) start to come in... I suppose during weekdays the crowd will be even better due to working ppl there...

Sunway spent about RM 1B (including mall, hotel and office) to buy it over and refurbish kao kao.... I like what I see from my short 2-3 hours visit there.. good mix of retails and food with reasonably good crowd (not full though during weekend lunch time). Toiets are clean, link bridge to lrt and pwtc is well lit and with clear signage, carpark is bright and with reasonable space.Yes, one of the better and well managed mall out there.

Yes the sales chart shown to me was around 50% booked, ie: 250 units booked, as of end of Saturday.

Best selling unit is type A3, the studio with balcony and face KL...
