Chambers studio no carpark around 1.9k rent can breakeven at ltv90, which seems to be quite reasonable even considering todays market rent ...Just benchmark it with exisitng studio <500sf in city centre, eg: regalia, vue residence, summer suite, maytower, casa mutiara...

as I understood this development haven't get APDL yet previously, thats why bank cannot process loan. Once they got the APDL which I suppose they just got it now, they will officially launch it. And since it has been 50% booked so far, thats why I am wondering why they haven't launch.

But with apdl you can start selling sign spa and process loan.

No need to wait for 8zhi aligned to officially launch the project.

Then what I asked earlier was obtaining APDL and able to process loan...that"s what I am interested at...Since they are able to advertise on paper, I guess I should be able to apply loan ... will check

Personal experience, unit with balcony easier to rent out compared to unit without balcony.

Rental value wise almost the same.

In Chambers, units with balcony is limited, only less than 90 units if not mistaken, ie < 20% of the total units. So it should fare better in rental market, liquidity wise.
