As usual, they are not capable to find out if iPhone is supported, but instead they ask me to provide all these details to escalate, by the time they come back to me I won’t be SG anymore.
But I think my assumption is correct, their Carrier setting for iPhone is not updated lol

Nope, there is something called carrier setting need to be pushed out by carrier, like how they released VoLTE back then. Apple won't do anything on this, not to mention Apple SG
