Just switch from Digi to maxis due to unstable network speed. Never thought maxis is far more unstable 😅 compared to digi. Is there any better telco with better coverage ? Today went to Sg Wang basement totally no network, previous with digi still able to get full bar of 4G.

As usual, this type of question boils down from place to place. Place A maxis is better, place B celcomdigi is better, etc etc. For me lah, if just bad signal at places that I go only once in a while, it doesn’t matter much. Unless if you live or work there, then it’s an issue lor.

Pakai dual SIM is the only way to solve. Use Celcomdigi as main, use Hotlink as backup (RM30 30GB 180 days)

There’s no best telco coverage depending on location and other factors such as phone network modem.

Best choices is take 2 telco as 1 Main 1 Backup

hi anybody had experienced of overpayment? when i wanted to port out hotlink asked me to pay so and so which i did. but when the official bill came, turns out it's overpaid. any method to claim it?

Call up their CS. There is a way to claim it but I can't remember.

Let's CS report to billing department.

Or else wait next year you can claim from egumis.
