" I have already depleted the 3GB quota from this pass. Can I buy another RM10 3GB pass?
Nope. Subscribers may only buy 1 of each auto-renew pass at a time. Your quota will be refreshed at the end of your bill cycle.
However, you can buy and stack as many one-time internet passes as you like."

Above excerpt from official Q&A. I don't really get it. Does it mean once I have depleted my quota I cant top up new quota but wait till next cycle? Can someone please enlighten me. Thanks in advance.
*
Means the RM10 = 4GB now (newly upgraded apparently) can only buy once per month. If depleted, u can buy additional data at RM10 = 1GB if not mistaken. Means cannot stack RM20 = 8GB per month.

Edit: sorry apparently its RM10 = 2GB for additional data, below excerpt from their FAQ:

hi, i just switched to hotlink flex. may I know how to activate personal hotspot setting in iphone?

Should be auto enabled? Just checked my mom's iphone 5, seems quite straight forward to enable tethering.

QUOTE(ahmy @ Oct 31 2018, 04:08 PM)
Free call means that unlimited 24/7?
*
ya unlimited bro except those toll-free number like 1300. Usually for banks I'll try to find those 03-xxx number and call so it's considered as free.

Maxis policy where you cannot downgrade your plan..

Just noticed that Hotlink renewed my subscription for this month on Postpaid Flex RM30 (1GB) + RM10 (From 3GB to 4GB?)

One time topup of RM10 now gets more data too. (From 1GB to 2GB)

Hotlink trying to stay competitive now? Not that im complaining... thumbup.gif

I manage to downgrade from MOP98 to Hotlink Flex

Process is

Downgrade from MOP98 to Hotlink Red for min 1 month (6 month if your MOP98 is less than 1-2 years I think)

In order to maintain unlimited call (but no unlimited sms) and 8GB data (compared to 15+15GB data), top up RM60, buy the hotlink red pass. This is the closest u can get similar to MOP98 plan.

Then, exactly 1 month change to Hotlink Red to Hotlink Flex

All done by an agent here in LYN, no need walk in to Service Center wait, no need to wait for their call.

I have encountered those 03-xxx number with bank is not considered free:

user posted image

They defined it as a "call centre number". My perspective of view: there are many hidden definitions with this plan to whether grant user an unlimited call or otherwise.

I no longer see the limit to 2 lines per NRIC in tnc. That's why I'm asking. Quite troublesome cos there are few family supplementary line under my name. Can't migrate to this now.

hi all,
if i switch my Hotlink Prepaid to Hotlink Flex (postpaid), is it possible for me to use this line with eSIm service (Huawei Watch)...? As i understand, the eSIM only applicable to maxis postpaid subscriber only...
