Refer to their spec page here http://www.asus.com.tw/products.aspx?l1=3&l2=11&l3=307
Here's what I know
1. P5B is the most basic board , don't have RAID
2. P5B-E plus have All Solid Capacitor build, using STACK COOL design, RAID support
3. P5B Deluxe Wifi - support WIFI , the best Asus P965-based chipset for overclocking, support ATI XFire (and can be modded to support SLI)
4. P5B-Plus Vista Edition is an upgrade version of P5B-E Plus with software/features for Windows Vista
5. The same as 4) with extra of an 8 phase power design, ScreenDuo, eSata, Dual Raid, and all Solid Capacitor build
