I just want to point out how disappointed I am with the way this bulk was handled. Despite knowing the problems that occured between the thread starter and his supplier, I still do feel that those of us who had waited thus long are not satisfied with how the whole issue is being addressed. Please do come out with a better solution to the matter before our patience run low and move a hike to take this matter to the next level. Do not make us feel cheated of our money paid for the deal we wanted. Running away or keeping quiet doesn't make us go away Please, be professional in handling your clients and give us some respect for our time and money. Shall wait for your update, and also the plan that you promised some time ago, which I do hope you remember. Thank you.

the problem between seller and his own supplier is not customer's concern. As far as customer knows, they have paid the money and expect goods to arrive. It is seller's own responsibilities to fork out his own money to refund customers first. When you do business, you must have set your own money aside for cases like this. In business world, this is called liquidation.

If you do not have the ability to do this then don't start a business. If it is that easy to run a business then any tom, d*** and harry can be millionaire.

Dude, what is going on mates? You are making people so pissed of with you till they've made a complaint thread against you. If you want to resolve it quickly and painfully. Please reply to everyone's PM and return everyones refund ASAP. I have been patient and calm for a long time already, please don't provoke me. I have been waiting for a long time for these items. The least you can do even though i'm not getting them is to refund my cash. Get it sorted out and set out your priorities.

I also receive his MSN message yesterday, again he said that my stuff will be sent by this week, you all be the witness, as I am very not confident with his lie...... again and again.

JunYuen should receive his stuff by last week, but until now still not send out, wtf?

Hi there, for junyuen's order, supplier said it was ready last week, but apparently its not , supplier updates me that his order will be on this week After his orders will be yours, vhanded.

I am just doing what my supplier told me, and FYI , some of the stuff are sent by supplier directly so I didnt make any contact. I am not lying about your stuff arrival , just that I updates what I got from my supplier.
