Hi there, didnt notice it that day, if its your order ,yeah its over 12 days but its 12-14 Working Days to be precise, so please be patient , and as I already said, rebate will be given for delay (new supplier)

Anyway thats all I can say, I will refund whoever who want a refund (although my cash is limited) and supplier usually don't refund me straight off as he has his own problem =)

Hi there, yes your product is currently still processing sadly to say that. As I said, 1 week delay will rebate for RM30, and as my supplier is messed up now, I don't expect it to be done by this week ,as you can see, still quite a few orders above yours.

This mess need to be settle ASAP and I can't blame my supplier as he, himself is in trouble too. I can't say anything more as some of you might already very furious about this. The only solution I can give for those who can't wait any further is refund.

So I am going to do a new plan instead, for those who still want to wait , refund its doing no good ATM so I think you better wait and gets more reward in teh end , thats the best i can do for now

Hi there, for junyuen's order, supplier said it was ready last week, but apparently its not , supplier updates me that his order will be on this week After his orders will be yours, vhanded.

I am just doing what my supplier told me, and FYI , some of the stuff are sent by supplier directly so I didnt make any contact. I am not lying about your stuff arrival , just that I updates what I got from my supplier.
