I'm 1m57 and 51 kg, but fat belly. Not perfect for my wedding dress

If you only want to reduce your belly, you can try doing something called 5 minutes plank. It is very tough but if you do it everyday for 30 days, you will be able to see the results.

If you are really determined, you can add 20 sit-ups after doing the planks.

I think that I'll eat only vegetables and a bit of cereal in 2 months

Don't do something so drastic. Just stick with cutting down on sugar and carbs.

I lost 5kg within 2 month with my plan as below:
- each less carb. Less rice, less bread, less noodles.
- cut down on snacks like chocolates or ice cream or chips (still can eat but cut down) (can totally cut down if you can handle it)
- eat the least during dinner
- didn't do much excercise (except the 5 minute plank for 3 weeks only then I got lazy)

FYI, I was at 75kg when I began. I am now 64kg. After 6 month.

Not saying that it will work for you because everyone have different body. It worked for me. Might not work that well for you. Maybe try doing this for 1 month and see if you get results.

Ask your fiance if he will still love you if you miss the deadline.  biggrin.gif I think you're beating yourself up.

I am sure it's not about that. TS just want to look good in her wedding gown. And 3kg in 3 months is totally doable.

im doing this.

its not easy, especially when i was starting out.

i did this exact set almost daily 90 times, still not comfortable with the one leg plank, which is the 1 minute from hell of each day.

but it burns calories and builds core muscles, improving my gait/posture.  Helps me on the bike and for my runs.

cycling needs core strength to maintain posture.  Energy will be sapped if I wobble left and right.

running needs core strength to maintain upright, the stronger the core the more i can stabilize while engaging the butt and lower
limbs.  When tired, my form is less affected.

Recommended to everyone.  Invest on core strength and we will enjoy other activities more.

90 times daily?!!? Are you crazy? That is not possible. I do once already feel like dying.

Anyway, it's true that it's for core training which is important for strengthening the abs area. That is what TS wanted to achieve. Combined with diet, it can help TS to reduce abs area. Going for generic exercise like dancing and jogging will only reduce general area which is good if TS want a more overall weight reduction.

Good luck to TS. Please do provide us a picture of your beautiful abs when you achieved your target!! Oh, and congratulations on your marriage!
