made my visit last weekend, and at the same time i went to Tuan Residency Jln Kuching,
Since im buying for investment, Aster seems the best choice.
The agent also walked me through the MRT Cochrane to Tamn Connaught. I see potential in this project hence im putting my bet on this.

Property i have seen and reviewed so far:
united point kepong,
dutapark residensi
riana dutamas
arte mkiara
ballot for kondo kiara kasih

none of them can compare the accessibility of aster

Huh they draw so big direct link to the mrt on company brochure... U can sue them if they don't deliver. I dont think they will omit the direct link...

Went to the showroom yesterday. Saw lots of block A units been booked. Not sure how truth of it or it just a sticker game.

I couldn't help but noticed you are asking the grading in every thread you are in. Not sure whether  you are too obsessed with FR grading system.

Being investor, you need to have your own thought and analysis and we will more appreciate if you could share your own rather than quoting other ppl grading.
