After reading the report from The Edge and seeing these projects around MRT also getting good growth despite being even few KMs away from the station, was curious about what the statistics will be for the direct MRT linked projects.
Where can i find info on these MRT projects? In terms of initial launching price and current price. Sunway Velocity and Tropicana Gardens seems to do well, with V Residence Suites asking rm1200psf while Dianthus @ TG also launched at around rm1200psf. Those completing soon include Sqwhere by SDB selling rm750psf, D'sara by MS launched at rm6xxpsf now rm840psf, Ekocheras launched rm620psf now rm750psf. Seems like an uptrend from MRT linked property, especially mixed development projects. But i only know Sunway Velocity doing not bad, not sure about other commercials or malls |

650sf has 2 rooms with attached bathroom. Many master bedrooms near LRT/MRT is renting around rm800-rm1000. Even rm800/month each room can get >5% rental yield..not too bad

Really hope that I made a good choice though. |

If Aster is freehold, it probably wont be selling at this price d lo~
Or we won't be talking about it already now, as it would be most probably fully sold. |
