is it worth all the risk to stay next to HTC just because it is connected to MRT? for me health > convenience + money. if you are buying for investment then it should be fine as you won't be the one staying in the unit.

It is not BBB due to HTC but BBB due to cheaper and more affordable. Have you seen any HTC projects priced higher than normal projects? Meanwhile most of them are leasehold too. It is the Purchasers who have limited options or limited purchasing power will opt for that. Sacrifice one for few/another goods.

Since when contractor buy building material in advance? Material like rebar, concrete, bricks are all purchase when they are needed. You think contractor will have space to store all these things by buying in advance and do double handling .

the HTC articles shared by those ppl previously mentioned that the waves will be strongest below the cable... this project's facilities floors and above are located above the HTC.... so just decide for yourself... for those at high levels facing cheras hartamas... u might not even notice the HTC....
